(20) National Rail on Twitter: "⚠️All lines have reopened between Carlisle and Lancaster following a broken down train between #Penrith North Lakes and Oxenholme Lake District. As trains return to normal, trains may be delayed by up to 20 minutes or be cancelled. Disruption is expected until 13:30." / Twitter
